Browsing and listening

No account is needed to browse or play sounds and captioned guided videos. The website has no account-registration, payment or feedback collection form. Downloads and purchases take place through Apple’s services.

Our aggregate counters

The website keeps daily counts of visits, download clicks, and listening or practice starts and completions. Counts are grouped by language, page, content, entry position and broad sources such as Google, YouTube or direct visits. Our statistics tables do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, full URLs, search terms, full referrer URLs or arbitrary query parameters. They do not link activity across pages to a person.

These aggregate counts help identify useful content and entry points. They are currently retained on an ongoing basis, without individual visit records that could be used to find a particular visitor.

Cookies and browser preferences

Our counters do not set tracking cookies or create visitor identifiers in the browser. The website does not send these events when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track with a value of 1.

Hosting and download routing

Cloudflare delivers the website and media and processes technical information needed for network requests. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its information practices.

The download entry may use approximate country or region information supplied with the request to choose an App Store product page. This information is not written to our statistics tables.

Email and external links

You initiate support emails through your own email service. The App Store, social networks, podcasts and email services have their own information practices; read their notices when you use them.
