User Agreement (Terms of Service) for Oat Meditation

Welcome to Oat Meditation (“we”, “our”, or “the App”).

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Oat Meditation application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some content within Oat Meditation is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

While we strive to provide a calming and supportive experience:

• AI-generated content is provided “as is”
• Individual experiences may vary
• The content should not be considered professional, medical, or therapeutic advice

7. Subscription and Payments (If Applicable)

Certain features may be offered through paid subscriptions.

If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• Payments will be charged through your app store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s policies
• Refunds are handled according to the app store’s terms

8. Termination

You may stop using Oat Meditation at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• You violate this Agreement

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
